My mission is to enhance the quality of life and help people connect with mind, heart, and body. My purpose is to place myself and others in the flow of love – for themselves and the world around them. Love is the highest vibration of energy, and it is precisely in that frequency that I want to contribute, inspire, and guide.
With broad experience in both the business and public sectors, I have worked in dynamic environments ranging from start-ups to corporates and government. My work was primarily focused on sales and management, which enabled me to develop valuable leadership and business skills. However, my greatest growth lay not in my career, but in my personal quest.
From a young age, I had questions about life and how I could improve my health. This quest led me through profound transformations: burnout, an autoimmune disorder, the end of an 18-year relationship, and reinventing myself as a single mother. I learned a great deal about dealing with disappointment, change, and relationships. As an interpersonally sensitive person, I have gained insights that now enable me to help others from a place of deep awareness and across various fields of knowledge.
In addition to my personal experiences, I have further developed myself through professional training in energy work, marma therapy, yoga (movement and breath), natural nutrition, and meditation. This broad expertise enables me to guide others in an integral way, helping them raise their energy and live more from their strength and love.
